Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Currency: USD (unless shown otherwise). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Receipts vs invoices: we send electronic order confirmations/receipts to retail customers; we do not issue VAT or GST invoices.
We aim for accuracy. However, if a price or stock error occurs, we may cancel or refuse the order and then refund you.

Returns & refunds

Returns require RMA approval and must follow our Returns & Refunds policy. Do not ship anything back before approval. You must request a return within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s “Delivered” scan. Return postage is paid by the customer unless it is our error, in which case we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable costs.

User content & reviews

When you post a review, photo, or comment:
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it on the Site and our social channels.
You confirm you own the content or have the right to share it.
Do not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful material. Otherwise, we may remove it.
