Smart Cat began in 2018 as a small holiday décor studio in Shenzhen, China. Over time, we grew from one room and a few shelves into a team that serves customers in China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the US.
Today, Festal Decor is our global online store. We focus on DIY-friendly décor for real homes. Our range includes wedding arches, balloon kits, garlands, LED lights, table décor, and birthday sets.
