Initiating Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Use original packaging when possible. Pack items securely to prevent transit damage. Remember:
a. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
b. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for issues.
c. For quality concerns, reach out within 7 days for guidance.
Reporting Defects or Damage
Inspect items upon delivery. Report issues within 7 days. We’ll arrange return/replacement.
Important: Send photos of damaged/defective items before refund/replacement. Without images, return at your cost. We’ll refund return costs after confirming damage/defect.
